Mooring Guide & Helpful Tips
-
In the spring, please email us at least 10 days - 2 weeks prior to your launch date, so we can schedule your mooring service ahead of time (Manchester customers excluding the outer harbor, this does not apply to you)
-
In the fall, we will winterize your mooring when we see your boat is vacant. If you are done early, please let us know, and we will prioritize your winterization
-
Always check your mooring top tackle (buoy, pennants, float tubes, etc.) whenever you are at your boat. We inspect your gear once in the spring and once in the fall. The top tackle is exposed to UV rays, salt water, and strain from your boat. It is recommended to check on their condition throughout the season. One strong storm can damage a set of pennants.
-
Annual Customers are allowed a mooring adjustment due to safety concerns. If your boat is in danger of contacting another boat due to the location of the mooring, please email us immediately. Adjustments MUST BE approved by the harbormaster prior to contacting us.
-
Payments not completed from the previous season prior to the start of the new season result in a termination of our mooring services. Please ensure your payments are up to date prior to scheduling your spring service.
